Gracias por todo! I just rented an apartment with José from Bravo Imobiliaria. I had a flawless experience with him going through all the steps necessary to rent an apartment here in Tenerife. He was on time when I did the first visit of the apartment and that is important because for me that means that he values my time and his own time. He took his time to show me the apartment and then we sat down and he answered all my questions regarding the rental conditions, documents needed and other general questions I had about the area and the neighbours. After paying the deposit and before signing the contract I had a few other questions and he answered in a timely manner and I thank him for that. We even signed the contract one day earlier than agreed and that shows flexibility from his part. On the day of signing the contract he gave me time to read all the contract at my own pace and answered all the questions I had about the terms and conditions again showing he values his customers. When looking for an apartment here in Tenerife I talked to a few other agencies in person or by phone and I felt rushed when visiting places and none followed up with me after. José is definitely different and professional and knows how to do a good job. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to rent or buy something in the south of Tenerife. If I have to move out from this place I'll definitely call him back to find me another place. PS: José, disfruta del chocolate!!!! 😉
